Experience

4 - 5 years of experience working on tugboats

Age

35 - 45 years

Special Requirement

Experienced in tugboat main engine, auxiliary machinery and marine engineering systems

Good knowledge of planned maintenance, troubleshooting, engine-room safety and emergency procedures

Familiar with SMS/ISM Code, Risk Assessment and maintenance documentation

Strong leadership and crew management

Either the Master or the Chief Officer on board must hold a valid ORU certificate.
For candidates located outside Balikpapan, interviews will be conducted via video call.
For crew candidates whose Garuda-logo Medical Check-Up (MCU) certificate is still in the issuance process, a letter confirming that the MCU has been completed must be provided.
All crew candidates must ensure that their Seaman's Book has been signed off (Sijil OFF) to avoid delays in the Employment Agreement (PKL) process and Sign-On (Sijil ON).
Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage are required to submit their documents (soft copies) to the Crewing Team for administrative processing.
Transportation costs to the airport, transportation from the airport to the vessel, and airfare for joining the vessel will be covered by the company.
The crew contract period is 6 (six) months.
